Shipping & Returns


We offer free UK delivery for orders over £100.  Otherwise delivery will be £6.00 for a signed for delivery by Royal Mail.  For stock items, we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours and Next working day delivery can be arranged at a cost of £10.00.  For non-stock items or items made-to-order, we will quote you an approximate delivery date when you place your order.  We reserve the right from time to time to use alternative courier/postal services should it be necessary.

For orders to other EU destinations delivery charges are £13.50 and take 3-5 days for stock items, non-stock items and items made-to-order delivery times will be advised when you place your order.

For all other destinations outside of the European Union, please contact us for shipping rates and times.  Please note that your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes that must be paid by you on receipt of your order.  These charges may vary and are determined by the rules set by your country and your local government. 

Hassle Free Returns:

We want you to be delighted with you purchase from Alde Custom Clothing, so we will offer an exchange or refund on all full price items that do not meet your expectations.  Please see below for our Sale Items returns policy.

Your item(s) should be sent back to us for exchange or refund within 28 days.  Items should be returned as new, unused and with all original documentation, packaging and tags attached. Any goods returned within a reasonable time after the 28 day period may be accepted for a refund at the discretion of Alde Custom Clothing Co and may only be refunded as a store credit. Items that have been altered or customised in any way cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please ensure all returns are sent via an insured carrier, and use a ‘signed for’ service as we cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive.  We will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods to us.

Please allow 3 working days to process your return once it has been received by us and a further 3 working days for the refund to appear in your account.  We will issue any refund the same way the original payment was made.

In event of you receiving a faulty item, you can return it for a refund or exchange.  In this circumstance we will also reimburse your return postage costs.  Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. If you discover a fault within this time we will offer to repair the item free of charge.  If the item cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement.  If the same product is no longer available you will be entitled to a full refund.  Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Sales items: we regret that sale items cannot be refunded outside the statutory 7 day period determined by the UK Distance Selling Regulations.  We can, however, offer an exchange for an alternate size in the same product or a credit note should your required size not be available.
